We are registered with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and operate in accordance with the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 (NCA) and related legislation.
3. Services
Our services include, but are not limited to: • Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mediation for credit-related disputes • Debt Counselling in terms of the National Credit Act • Debt Review Withdrawal and clearance certificate processing • Voluntary Sequestration facilitation All services are subject to a formal mandate agreement between the client and the Company. The information on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients, we make no guarantee of any specific result. The outcome of debt counselling, dispute resolution, or sequestration proceedings depends on various factors beyond our control, including the decisions of courts, credit providers, and regulatory bodies.
5. Client Obligations
By engaging our services, you agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information • Cooperate fully with our consultants and legal representatives • Disclose all relevant financial information required for your matter • Not engage any other debt counsellor or ADR agent for the same matter while under our mandate (unless agreed in writing)
6. Fees and Payment
Our fees are regulated by the National Credit Regulator (NCR) where applicable. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated to you before any engagement. We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment of agreed fees.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Integrated Financial Wellness (Pty) Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by South African copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrated Financial Wellness (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
