Section 129 & Pre-Legal Mediation
The Law
If you are in default, the Credit Provider must notify you in writing (Section 129 Notice) and propose referral to an ADR agent.
Our Role
We intervene immediately. We negotiate with creditors on your behalf to agree on a plan to bring payments up to date, halting further legal enforcement and preventing summons.
Disputed Sale of Goods (Section 128)
The Scenario
If your vehicle or goods were repossessed and sold at an unreasonably low price, leaving you with a massive shortfall.
Our Action
We challenge the valuation and sale process. If the consumer feels aggrieved, we mediate to reduce or eliminate the residual liability.
Account & Balance Disputes (Section 111)
The Scenario
You disagree with a debit or credit entry, or the interest calculations on your statement.

We audit the account (In Duplum Rule checks) and mediate the correct balance with the provider.
Tribunal Referrals (Section 134)
